These Terms (public offer) govern use of the DreamsFlow web service — an AI coach for achieving goals, with a state journal, personal meditations, and affirmations.

3. Acceptance of the offer
Registering in the Service, paying for a subscription, or actually using the features means full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
4. Services
The Service provides access to digital personal-growth tools. DreamsFlow is not a medical or psychotherapeutic service, does not provide counseling, and does not replace professional help.
The first day after registration is a free trial. The state journal is available without a subscription. Meditation and affirmation generation require a subscription.
5. Pricing and payment
Subscription pricing is shown in your personal area (from 299 RUB/month unless otherwise stated). Payment is processed via YooKassa. The subscription activates after payment confirmation. Top-ups and subscription charges follow the rules shown in the Balance section.
The Provider may change prices by publishing updated information on the website; for an already paid period, the paid rate applies.
6. Refunds
The service is digital and is provided when access is granted. A refund is possible if access was not provided due to the Provider's fault, or in other cases by mutual agreement. Contact: vseprost23@yandex.ru.
7. User obligations
- provide accurate registration data;
- do not share access with third parties;
- do not use the Service for unlawful purposes;
- do not upload content that infringes third-party rights.
8. Intellectual property
The software, design, and DreamsFlow brand belong to the Provider. Texts generated for the user are intended for personal use within the Service.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". The Provider does not guarantee specific results and is not liable for decisions you make based on Service materials.
10. Termination of access
You may stop using the Service at any time. The Provider may restrict access if these Terms are violated.
11. Dispute resolution
Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached — under the laws of the Russian Federation at the Provider's location.
